Common Questions

During your initial consultation, one of our coaches will assess your current fitness level, discuss your goals, and review any health considerations. Based on this, they will recommend the most suitable programme and format (group or individual).
Absolutely. Our coaches regularly re-assess your progress and can adjust your programme at any point. Fitness is not linear, and we adapt with you as your goals or circumstances change.
No. All equipment is available at our facility. If you ever need programme modifications for home training, your coach can provide a home-friendly alternative plan upon request.
Many members come to us during or after rehabilitation. Our coaches work closely with physiotherapists and always seek medical clearance before designing programmes for members with recent injuries or chronic conditions. Safety is always the priority.
